The location is really convenient. It's only a short walk to the domestic terminals. the front desk staff were professional! check-in was smooth. the hot breakfast had good variety. I especially liked the hot options. the facility was very clean, and i appreciated the 24-hour check-in.
my tv did not work. i asked to have it fixed but nothing happened! the nachos were not great

the rooms were modern and clean. the bathroom was functional and well lit. plugs and usb ports were located in convenient places. there was also a luggage stand.

The staff provided excellent customer service and met my needs. they were accommodating with requests. i had a packed breakfast ready for an early tour. I only had to ask for it the day before.

The breakfast buffet was good, I guess, if you like that sort of thing.
The air conditioning was awful! I couldn't get comfortable at all, and it made for a pretty restless night. The temperature was just all over the place. The room was a bit stuffy as a result.

i found the location very convenient. it was an easy walk from the domestic airport. i could have taken a shuttle if i had large bags. the room was quiet (which i did appreciate).
the breakfast had limited options. i found no bacon or ham next to the scrambled eggs. the bed cover was also quite small. it was hard to cover both my feet and shoulders at the same time.
